Available for event rentals, our gallery provides the perfect environment for workshops, parties, photoshoots, and more. Our flexible and versatile space is the ideal setting for experimentation, innovation and community collaboration.

  • 2 hour rental $150

  • 4 hour rental $250

  • One day rental $400 (8am-12:00am)

private artist studios

Each studio has 24-hour access through keyless entry. The studios have 10-foot-high walls that open into a 20-foot ceiling with skylights, a locking keypad door, durable plywood walls, and concrete floors.   Artists also have access to shared amenities, including the front gallery, the back Open Studio area, a Skutt kiln, a work sink with a double separator, a kitchenette with an espresso maker, and two washrooms.
Private studios cost $3.50/SF/month and include free "gallery hours" every month that can be accumulated for longer gallery rentals. Studio sizes range from 8'x10' to 12'x17'

open studio memberships

Memberships are $100/month + kiln fees. Memberships are 3 month terms.

Membership includes:

  • 9am-9pm fob access to Open Studio, gallery, and pottery room.

  • lockers and open shelf storage.

  • access to the shared open studio featuring a Skutt kiln, double separator sink, kitchenette and washrooms.

  • 2 gallery hours per month.

  • the use of the pottery room with throwing wheel, drying racks, wedging table and tools.

  • access to workshops and events and broader benefits with the rest of the Caswell Bus Barns functions

  • Scheduled use of the pottery room and gallery is by shared calendar.

art consultation

Gallery services and art consultation are provided by owner Crystal Bueckert (BFA, Dipl.Arch.Tech, IDAS, NCIDQ #33176) together with the experienced staff at the gallery. We offer comprehensive gallery services including thoughtful curation, professional installation, targeted promotion and personalized art consultation.

We can manage your exhibition opening or special event, facilitate a hands-on workshop or organize a public talk. We connect artists to collectors, sponsors to events and groups to potential funders.
